Cloudby is a platform that anyone can access, but you can’t just create or rename users on your own if you’re an admin. To add new users, you’ll need to send them an invitation.<\/div>\n

Users joining your organisation<\/h3>\n
The invitee user journey as follows:<\/div>\n
1.<\/span>Received an email with the sign up url with an invitation code.<\/div>\n
2.<\/span>The signup Url prompts users to Sign-in or Create an Account.<\/div>\n
3.<\/span>User confirms joining your organisations<\/div>\n
4.<\/span>User waits for joining application approval.<\/div>\n
5.<\/span>User then receives email notification for approved enrollment.<\/div>\n<\/td>\n
