Running Payroll<\/h1>\n
Payroll operates in batches, typically processed on the last day of each month.<\/div>\n
During batch processing, employee payslips are calculated and generated.<\/div>\n
The payroll batch can be verified and adjusted before confirmation. Once confirmed, it generates payment vouchers for finance to make the payments.<\/div>\n

Creating Payroll Batch<\/h3>\n
1.<\/span>Navigate Menu: Payroll > Payroll<\/div>\n
2.<\/span>Click New Batch<\/div>\n
3.<\/span>Enter the last day of the month<\/div>\n
4.<\/span>Click Generate<\/div>\n
System then calculates and generate the payslips for each employees<\/i><\/div>\n
5.<\/span><\/i>Then the payroll batch shows the aggregated expenses, payables summary, and a list of generated payslips.<\/div>\n

When you are satisfied with the batch calculation, change the status to Confirm<\/b>.<\/div>\n

Once confirmed, the Payroll Payables section allows you to review payable details and generate payment vouchers for the Finance Module.<\/div>\n
